At the Oasis, we believe in team. The advantages of having a leadership team include accountability, a good mix of giftings and synergy. Our leadership structure is very flat, as we are all brothers and sisters. The pastoral team has Brett & Carolyn as Team Leaders, Sheralyn in the role of Students' Community Development Pastor and Rod as Pathways Pastor. Teams operate in all areas of the Oasis, with the Eldership Team elding (as elders do), and teams working in all areas of church life and missional teams operating within the surrounding community. |
