At the Oasis, we believe in team.  The advantages of having a leadership team include: accountability, a good mix of giftings and synergy.  Our leadership structure is very flat, as we are all fellow worker for the Gospel. The Pastoral Team consists of Brett & Carolyn as Team Leaders.
