RAK
Projects are identified by the school and then carried out by Oasis approved volunteers (e.g. garden maintenance & painting) Where possible the Oasis will acquire the resources to carry out these projects so there is no cost to the local school.
Outcomes of RAK:
  • Supports the school community in practical ways
  • Builds relationships between the community & our local schools
  • Encourages both the school & wider community to show pride in their local schools
Needs:
  • Funding to purchase gardening equipment and a trailer to transport the equipment
  • Funds for rubbish removal as a result of the RAK activity
  • Supply of goods and services that can enhance delivery of the above outcomes
