Oasis Over 50's Social Group

Oasis Over 50's is a community connections group for those over the age of 50 years.

The groups runs two main activities: 1. Indoor Bowls 2. Social and Informative Gatherings

The group meets in the Springfield and Bundamba areas. Activities varry from bus trips through to indoor bowls and craft mornings. This is a small but growing group of vibrant people who love life and want to get the most out of every opportunity. If you are looking for some fun and to build some quality friendships then this is the group for you.

On Wednesday September 22nd the Oasis Over 50's Annual bus trip to the Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers will happen again. Now in it's 4th year this trip is always a great day out. The trip is subusidised so the cost is only $16.50 per person. You will travel on a fully airconditioned bus from Fassifer Coaches to the picturesque City of Toowoomba.

The trip will visit places such as Picnic Point, Queens Park and Laurel Banks Park, the private prize winning gardens, the Clivea show at TAFE College. This trip is BYO morning and afternoon tea as well as your lunch or you can purchase food from the many cafes and resaurants. There wil lbe live music in some of the parks whilst we visit.

Ful Carnival of Flowers prgrams will be provided as you board the bus.
